DYNAMIC Pain and Wellness

"This pain clinic was absolutely terrible . It started with they tell you to come 15 min early to do paperwork which was fine but then I waited and waited in waiting room from 2:15-3:46pm . When I finally got to go in a room which it smelled so bad . I waited in there also. Then the Dr. Comes in and is rude from the beginning. He ask why I was there and I begin to tell him I broke my C1 in my neck and he right off said no you didn't. If you broke your C1 you would be dead . I told him I did break my C1 and I went through a long recovery that's still causes all my pain today. He still wanted to argue i didnt break my C1 in my neck . I got up and I told him how wrong he was and how I waited so long in waiting room and in the room and I wasn't going to be treated that way . And I know what I broke . I went through it and i got hit by a hit and run driver who did that to me . I should know what I broke . I went through it and the dr is so caucky and just plain rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone"

"After barely five minutes of conversation, the doctor had already in his mind prepared to insert a needle between my spine. It was our first visit, by the way. I would have felt much better if he had spent more time talking to me about my problems and treating me like a human being rather than just another patient to cash out on doing these kinds of procedures for which I’ve now learned they demand your insurance company pay outrageous prices for."

"I had this appointment set up for a few weeks, a few days before my appointment they called and cancelled it on me because my insurance showed inactive. It just switched to medically needy Medicaid but they didn't even try to figure the problem out. I called them back within 15 minutes of getting their VM and now I have to reschedule a new appointment. They just ripped mine out from underneath me because they assumed I didn't have insurance. That's awful practice and if I could leave a zero stars I would. That's completely uncalled for."

"If you need help and you reach the girl named Brittany, just hang up and call back until you get someone else, because she will just have you on hold while she files her nails or somthing!! Rude and lazy!!!!"
