"This place is a hit or miss. We need a new pediatric physician in Camilla. Dr. Patel barely sees the patients good before he prescribes medication. Atleast the nurse practicioners try to be sympathetic and find a valuable solution besides a boatload of medications. Dr. Patel can also be more professional. You would think he was on call at the hospital how often he answers his cell phone during visits. I was mortified the last time I went in and he completely disregarded my daughters concerns about her chest hurting. He told my child that she was faking her pain. WOW! As a mother a was sickened by his response then on top of that when I asked him about my sons symptoms he told me he didn't know and didn't seem to care too much to figure out why my baby was having these symptoms. Mrs. Tina tries her best to use her knowledge and researches things she doesn't know or understand. Dr. Patel needs to do better. There is most definitely doctor patient etiquette and Dr. Patel could use a course. The nurses for the most part are nice and thorough. The front desk is okay as well. Mrs. Julie can sometimes be a bit much, but I've learned to look over her micro aggressive behaviors."
"Hello, good afternoon, I have a question, do you give birth in this hospital? And I would like to know how much time they have. I would like to know if in 1995 they were already"
"I truly am thankful for Dr. Dinesh Patel. He's been my son's caregiver since he was born. However, they desperately an office manager/staff dedicated to answering the phones and scheduling appointments. My wait time was 5mins and 47 seconds before being taken off hold and told someone would be with me shortly. Then another 2 min wait. The lady on the phone answered with "Heeey, what ya' need or how can I help you?" God bless her. I know she was probably manning both the phones and trying to check out patients, too."
"10 years satisfaction. Great staff and best pediatrician in Camilla, GA ."
