Reviews of New Pointe Treatment Center
"This place literally saved my life. The staff is AMAZING. This is the first time I've ever opened up to a counselor. It doesn't feel like a doctor's office everyone there makes you feel like family. I travel 90 miles round trip to go there, and wouldn't go anywhere else!!! I HIGHLY recommend New Pointe Treatment Center! The best part, there not judgemental which is awesome as a addict!!"
"Very unprofessional, Clients that have been there years are very catty & quick to lie on new patients... allegations are made, NOT looked into by the clinical staff and then action is took based these dead end on allegations. Attorney had to be hired in case my niece is removed unlawfully . Very frustrated , moved her to Georgia to have a better life and thought we found the perfect place until this issue . So if anyone transfers there I'd advise not talking to ANY other patients because if someone doesn't like you or just isn't fond of you they are able to make up anything and without proof , the clinic takes action ."
"This facility has some of the most caring, kindhearted staff you could ever find, anywhere. People are treated as such, not as failures, not as dollar signs either. The people here are so compassionate, and they truly strive to help patients regain control of their lives and health. They lack some of the ridiculous (in my opinion, anyway) requirements of some other similar places. For example, you may purchase a lock box from them or use one that you got elsewhere. And instead of refusing to allow anyone to charge any portion of their bill, regardless of payment history or details of when payment will be made and caught up, they are willing to work with people - they truly want to help, and they do just that. They provide a very welcoming, non-judgmrntal atmosphere. While I mentioned that they do not require some things that other places do, when it comes to the important policies, those designed to minimize chances of diversion as well as the chances someone continues taking dangerous combinations of medications, they do adhere to those...such as routine screens, weekly (less frequent upon phasing up a certain amount) meetings with counselor, etc. And meeting with the counselor is actually a productive experience, as you are encouraged to set goals; the counselor frequently checks one's progress and provides some extra accountability which may be just what someone needs to make those much-needed changes."
"I’m so thankful to have found this place. The staff is wonderful and really do care about u getting the proper treatment that is needed for you. The counselors are always available when you need them and are there to truely help you. If you need help and your ready and want to move forward, this is the place to help."
"I don't know why anyone would give this wonderful treatment center anything but 5 stars and to say anything negative is insane. The staff here are so loving I consider them to be an extension of my own family! I can come in having horrible day and they make sure I leave feeling better about my day and a with a smile on my face. They truly care about you and your recovery. I thank God that I found this place."
