"I heard so many good things about The Howard Center which helped me make the choice to make an appointment. First visit was very thorough and went smoothly with little wait time. Second appointment not so much. My second appointment was scheduled as a virtual call. I got a call telling me I needed to fill out a consent form before my appointment. Okay done. That call was at 8am. My appointment was at 10. So I sat patiently waiting. 10:29 comes I send a message letting someone know my appointment hasn't started. I was asked had I spoken to my nurse. If I had I wouldn't have sent the message. So 20 more minutes passed still nothing. I took time out of my work day to take this appointment and my time was just that my time not theirs. So I let them know to just reschedule the appointment. My new appointment is tomorrow @ 1. (Next Day)Nobody made an effort to call, I had to send a message just to get someone to call, and when they did it was at 1:30 I hesitated to answer but did. They asked me the same questions that were asked with the primary visit. If I had an appointment that they wanted to keep my lab work should have been printed but they had no intention. This will be my last visit. In person or virtual. I'll take my business else where."
