"I was a patient for a number of years and my appointments were cancelled frequently because of issues with the providers. The receptionist staff are nice but they basically left me stuck without medication until I could be seen at a much later date, due to their cancellation."

"I cannot get anyone to answer the phone or return my family's voicemails. My wife is a patient here and so is my son. The office manager has the absolute worst attitude when dealing with patients and she's the main reason(aside from the awful nurse practitioners) that we are choosing to take our healthcare elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this place , I'm also letting my child pediatric office these issues so they will stop recommending people here. It's a mental health facility and the office has no idea how to handle people with mental health issues or properly run their office. Like I said no answers, no one calls back, there's no confirmation on anything. The main doctor is never ever available for appointments. Something strange there. I'm writing this review for my son especially because, he is on medication that needs to be taken every day at the same time, yet i cannot get a medical release form from this business so we can switch. They treat mental health patients here like huge inconveniences. Don't work in an office if you hate it. All your doing is ruining your own business. Also good luck ever getting a counselor here if you need one. They put you ona list supposedly but no one ever calls. Don't let this company be in charge of your mental health. They cause all these bad reviews for a reason. Multiple people saying the same thing here. Plus the way they respond to patients is very passive aggressive and you can tell there is no personal relationship with patients"

"Changing my review because the issues keep happening. I am beyond patient with this place and they treat their patients like numbers. They don't care about your issues, they just want to charge your insurance for services. My insurance gets charged for 30 minutes sessions and I have never had a session longer than 10 minutes. I have screen shots of the end of every session to show how long it was. My doctor doesn't call in my prescriptions on time and I have to go days without it and there is no one else in the office that calls in prescriptions. I'm just left to go without until further notice. PLEASE READ THESE REVIEWS AND BELIEVE THEM. THE PEOPLE ARE TELLING THE TRUTH ABOUT GUIDING LIGHT GETS MAD WHEN YOU DO THAT."

"referal was sent Aug 16th for both my husband and myself. called the 18th of Aug to see if recieved the two referals... receptionist was fantastic and explained they recieved them and someone would be calling us Monday to set up assesment. Monday came and went no call. I called tuesday and was told referals were lost and had to have them both re- sent and as soon as they recieved they would call back immediately. Had my doctor resend them both that day. Since then both my husband and myself have left several messages and have yet to recieve a call back. Wednesday the 30th will be two weeks the initial referal was sent! I since then have had a referal sent and talked to another place! Dissatisfied is an understatement! I get things get lost and the medical field is busy but this is ridiculous!"
