"Waited over a week for a chest MRI and the day before was told that they do not do chest MRI's and have to get an appointment at the hospital. The hospital says i have to wait 48 hours for the paperwork to enter the system. My follow up appointment is 5 working days away. Not very happy!"

"Receptionist was awesome. Got called to go in the back. Doctor asked what brings me in? I explained what was going on. He said okay and that was it. He tried to get my X-rays and ct scan from Perry hospital only to be told machines were down. Nothing for neck and back pain. Only to be told I'll call you when I get your results. I felt the same as I have with other doctors. A push to get you in and out. Waste of time and gas!!!!!"

"Im surprised this place has such high reviews but maybe the other doctors are great. I’m giving this review specifically for Maci the PA there. First time I met with her I think she spent a total of 2 minutes in the room. Her back is turned towards you the entire time or she stands there with her hand still on the door handle waiting to leave. She first told me I needed PT because of my insurance. I ended up doing about double the visits I needed to do for insurance because she swore I needed that many(waste of time). Then I finally got the MRI and had to follow up with her again. Again, spent maybe 1 minute in the room with her hand still on the door handle. Completely rushed. She told me I had spinal stenosis and there’s nothing she can do for me and referred me to Emory in ATL. Come to find out I had A LOT more than just spinal stenosis and I need surgery. So basically seeing her was a COMPLETE waste of my time and I should have just gone to Emory in the first place and not wasted months of my time. IF YOU HAVE SPINE ISSUES I DO NOT RECOMMEND SEEING HER. Also this place does not call you back when you leave messages and does not relay messages left to the doctors for you."
