"Over priced wings, tried to upcharge .79 for dipping sauce because I brought a 50 piece. The Mgr on shift argued with me and tried to compare sauce charge to chili's which does not charge for additional condiments. The owner was blamed sadest service ever. This place is definitely the worse crab mentality in the city and takes advantage of its customer. KEEP GOING."
"So I ordered online and pulled up to the restaurant to pick up my food, there was a long wait, I sat there for 5 mins and a big back female ask me what I wanted, I inform her that I already ordered online, food is paid for! She asks me my name I give it to her and she instructs me to pull Around, I continue to wait over 15 mins and still no food , I find this odd because the food is cooked to order therefore why would I have to wait this long . So I began to knock on the door no answer, after I see a man in the dining areas I knock again same big back female and man finally come to the door no food, and starts yelling telling me to get in now a single car line , that had at least 8 cars, yeah that’s how long it took, she said she can get crazy, and she insist she didn’t tell me to pull up but wait in line when I was already in line! Now I want my money back asap and the owner needs to address this issue immediately!"
"Prices are outrageous. 7.99 for 7 boneless wings...plus 4.99 extra for fries and a drink. They give you one ranch sauce and the rest are like .45 cents extra. Wayyyy to expensive."
"I got an order to go. 2 lunch specials, fried pickles, cheese sticks. Reason for 3 stars both lunches were suppose to have fries, and one had fried okra. Also, they didn't have honey bbq sauce. Popular sauce for wings. So the wings were good, 1 order of fries we got were good. Just ok."
