"I just gave birth last week. I wouldn’t give this practice any stars if I didn’t have to. My entire pregnancy I was very sick. I could hardly eat & worried about how it would affect my unborn baby. I believe I had HG (extreme “morning sickness”) & was never listened to. I had to explain my whole story to each provider I saw every time I came into the office & they would act like it was just a part of pregnancy instead of addressing my concerns. FINALLY at 8 months pregnant I saw Rosalie for the first time & she set me up with a zofran pump which helped tremendously. She is truly the only person in the practice that actually listens. I was induced last week & had to be put on a magnesium IV drip due to sudden preeclampsia. (Which is apparently closely related to my HG which wasn’t addressed sooner) I was told it would make me feel like I had the flu. Thank god I birth relatively quickly & didn’t end up being in labor for 20 hours like some women because they ended up giving me too much magnesium. I got to the point where I couldn’t see, I couldn’t move my legs at all, & couldn’t even lift a cup off of my bed tray. I had zero reflexes when my nurse would check & it got to the point where my chest felt weak and I could even cough or blow my nose. I had a panic attack due to this which I’ve never had before. Jennifer Walker was the midwife at the time. My nurse was concerned & contacted her. She had a huge attitude with me from the moment she came into my room. She acted as if I was over reacting & made me feel guilty as a new mom saying that I would have a stroke or seizure if I didn’t continue the medication. She just sort of assumed I was being dramatic instead of being empathetic & seeing if anything was actually wrong. Once they drew my blood & saw that I had magnesium toxicity they put me on an IV drip to reverse it. I would highly advise not using this practice. My experience here has made me question if I would ever want to have another child. Rosalie is the only provider here that actually listens and acts on your concerns. She should truly find a better practice to work for because she is better than this place."

"Dr. White and the rest of the staff are incredible the front desk was very welcoming, Dr. White was very comforting and understanding also Miss Cynthia I believe that was her name was very reassuring and nice I am very pleased with my experience here."

"Tried calling to let them know that I was in a car accident and no one answered. I got on the my charts where I'm supposed to be able to reach a doctor regarding the incident, I'm 6 months pregnant and had a major car accident, no one answered so im feeling pretty discouraged by this place. I have had NOTHING but problems with this place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this facility. On top of this it took them over a month to call in any prescriptions. This place is a true joke. Update 11/6/23 I've been having heart problems and they said they were going to get a cardiologist in touch with me they never did. (Supposed to do that 2 weeks ago) NO ONE knew I was in a car accident or even listened to me about the fact that I'm getting light headed and having a heart rate going into the 170's and having painful palpitations. This place needs to be shut down."

"My first pregnancy with my daughter in 2021 was great. They were quick to listen to my concerns and treated me like a human and not just another number coming through the door. The following year I had 2 miscarriages and they did well checking in on me. I even had a phone call like 2 weeks after my appointment where the nurse was asking me about my emotional state. Now I am pregnant again and so far they have done everything they can to keep the pregnancy progressing and checking in with me as it continues. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!"

"This morning I came in for my depo birth control shot, nobody called me about picking up a prescription which I don’t see why customers have to go pick up their own shot when other clinics have the shot available. The nurse told me I had to go pick it up and then come back so they could give me the shot which I don’t think this clinic understands the inconvenience that makes it for people who took off work to be there. I told the nurse I rather go somewhere else for my birth control because they make it such an inconvenience for people with jobs and she agreed with me. I think management should consider their patients needs instead of making them run all over covington to pick up a shot."
