"Dr. White has a very inefficient business office. They have trouble keeping up with records. They do not have time for you as a patient. Poor to follow up with the patient if something is wrong with your insurance, you never know their is a problem until you call to make a new appointment three months later. You can contact the insurance company with no problem to verify they are in your network , but they can never get threw to verify your new insurance. Very poor at learning new patients use all information the patient brings with them to prescribe medicine.Maybe was an amazing office prior to the COVID pandemic but definitely not now! 1"

THE OFFICE STAFF IS SLACK...?!? THAT JUST IS NOT CORRECT. I HAVE NEVER HAD A DOCTOR WHO HAS A BETTER, MORE EFFICIENT AND CONCERNED STAFF IN 63 YEARS. IF I HAD TO BE TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL FOR WHATEVER....I WOULD INSIST ON DR. WHITE AND I WOULD NOT SETTLE FOR LESS. HE, HIS WIFE, AND HIS STAFF CARE ABOUT ME. THAT IS MORE THAN I CAN SAY ABOUT ANY OTHER DR. IN MY LIFE. THANK YOU. BILL GOLDSTEIN, GRIFFIN, GA.========= I am particular at my age who my M.D. is. I find just the opposite of the other posts. Dr. White is a very caring doctor, and he is very intelligent. I get messages and appt calls from a staff that is TOP NOTCH. I have ABSOLUTELY no complaints, and as a matter of fact, I feel quite lucky to have Dr. White as my Family Practitioner. Thank you Dr. White and Staff."
