"We started coming to Primary Peds for Joni Milner (who we love so much, can’t say enough great things about her!), but are very grateful for all that Primary Peds has to offer. The staff is very helpful and friendly, there’s a pharmacy and a lab onsite, and I never have problems seeing someone if we need to come day of. The after hours is also a great plus - we’ve had to go multiple times and the staff who doesn’t regularly see my son is also very patient and attentive."

"I only gave this office 2 stars because the staff pretend so well, as to make you think they care for you and your children, My son have been going to primary since he was 5 Mos old and now he is 11...Up until a couple months ago I started to notice Important documentation that I need was missing as tho I never brought my son to be seen...I was told he was updated for his annual check up, then days later I got a notice and said I needed to reschedule for his missed annual check up. Please make it make sense!!! Dr. Smith is wonderful!!! But He needs a whole new staff!!"

"The doctors and staff are very nice, but this comes with a huge caveat. We started 5 years ago and as this practice grew bigger, I noticed that we were always rushed during annual visits and getting any paperwork like referrals or medical records, is extremely difficult and requires multiple follow ups. I feel like I have been constantly fighting for my daughter’s healthcare for about the last 2 years, which I was surprised and very disappointed by based on how nice everyone is. If you have a child with special needs, I would recommend looking elsewhere for their primary care."

"A few of my grandkids go here Dr Kachoa is great. She is very patient with the kids and explains things in detail about each check up. The front staff has always been professional and greet us with smiles"
