"Doctors and nurses are rude and very insensitive! Bathroom nasty, rooms in the back nasty! They don’t even change the sheets on the bed in between patients. Nurse Response to me asking was “just sit in the chair”. Pathetic. I came in 630 and was seen at 830. I had the flu and needed to be tested but because it was late doctor said oh just a stomach virus and refused to test me for flu despite me asking and expressing my exposure! Again PATHETIC! You’re a doctor YOU CHOSE THIS JOB! They spent more time cleaning up and preparing to leave at 630 than they did seeing the lobby of patients they had. Had us waiting while they talke/GOSSIPED, laughed, played, and cleaned up to get ready to go."
"I hesitated on going here based on all the really bad reviews, but that one review from 7 months ago was a good one, so I decided to give them a shot since I didn’t want to go further away with my toddler. But I must say, I received excellent service from start to finish. Everyone was professional and very helpful. They treated my daughter with care and made us both feel comfortable. It was empty in there, so there was absolutely no wait. Thanks again Team for taking care of my daughter."

"The wait took three hours the doctor or NP or whoever it was that was treating me was rude. Only of my symptoms that matched covid was the fact i had been running a fever. He wanted to run covid test i said i doubt thats what it is i havent been around anyone with covid and dont have most the symptoms. He said well why are you wasting our time coming here if you dont want treated. I said i wanted to find out what was causing the fever and get medicine. The only test he was willing to run at first was covid test. He wasn't willing to run any other tests. He was very unprofessional and rude. I certainly hope they start reviewing their staff better because being rude to the patients and telling them they are wasting time coming to a doctor after having been sick for a week is very poor behavior the covid test came back negative like i said it would and he was unwilling to test further or prescribe anything to help with the fever that ive had for a week This is not the type of doctor that places like urgent care should have i will now have to go somewhere else to get treated since he was unwilling to help I will be looking into filing lawsuit for negligent care"
"I went to the urgent care Tuesday 4/11/23 around 10am due to being extremely sick. I had every flu symptom there is. I am a RN myself, also 14weeks pregnant, so I knew I needed to seek medical care. The wait wasn’t long and our checkin girl was very kind, which was the only good thing about this visit. My Triage nurse was AWFUL! I won’t post her name on here out of respect even though she did not show me the same kindness. She dismissed everything I told her and acted like I was wasting HER time. After she took me to my room I then I got to hear her tell the rest of the staff , through the thin walls, that basically I didn’t know nothing about my sickness and I was basically being dramatic about it. I heard someone else there defend me by saying that in pregnancy it’s not uncommon to be sick like I was and it could be serious (thank you to whomever that was). After that my room nurse and NP were nice but still the fact that they just assumed my complaints were just pregnancy related without testing me is not okay, even though I requested flu and strep but was told I can’t request it by the triage nurse which is a LIE! They did treat my dehydration and nausea but that’s it. I ended up having to go to a different urgent care today which was a much better experience and they tested me without me having to request the test. Turns out I have COVID! All I have to say as a healthcare professional myself is that this Urgent care and especially the triage nurse should be ASHAMED of themselves! I have never felt so dismissed and devalued in my life! I really hope this facility reads reviews and does something about this because no patient should ever be made to feel the way I did. I never leave reviews good or bad but this experience has truly upset me that I felt the need to post this. Do better and be kind to your patients. Go reread your oath as a healthcare professional because clearly some of y’all have forgotten! If you can’t do that then don’t be in healthcare."
