"I did my externship for Virginia College and really loved it because my coworkers were very dependable, helpful and understanding."
"Loved Dr.Hendrix&staff here.Everyone was pretty much friendly&welcoming from the moment you first walk in. Now the checkout lady wasnt as friendly, but I overlooked her. Love how Dr. Hendrix didnt try to rush me or anything she let me make my decisions& took time out to care. I dont usually care for the Atrium anymore since they sent me home when i was pregnant&had hbp(preeclampsia) but it turned out to be great experiences."
"I am so disappointed with this place. With heart condition, I had to wait 12 hours to be put into a very nasty room with very unprofessional employees who wasn't compassionate about the sick people's period. They're literally was there to just get a check. A nurse didn't know how to do blood work. I was stick 5 time vy a nurse, then she went to get this to try it, and he didn't attempt to try to find my vein. And 20 minutes later it was 3 young guys and 1 young lady came in the room insulting and treating to give me a shot into my neck. I gad my cardiologist nurse on the the phone, and she said that my doctor was on the way. I feared my life there, so I left immediately and will never return. When I was taking to have ultrasound on my heart, I had to listen to this escort telling me that black peoples in this hospital goes on dialysis a lot because black peoples eats a lots of pork. ."
"This is my first and LAST time ever going to this place for prenatal appointments. I never see the same doctor more than once, all these appointments back to back due to complications and the RN nurse GLORIA made me really angry and upset while I am already suffering from chronic hypertension and other pregnancy complications due to her not wanting to sign off on my maternity leave paperwork at 37 weeks on my last visit 08/01/2023. She told me she worked her whole pregnancies and I should be able to as well. She told me being weak, exhausted, hurting and needing rest are just the miseries of being pregnant not complications to take me out of work early and refused to sign my leave paperwork stating I need to be moving around for baby to come, basically MAKING me work my entire pregnancy. She said she will make it where I get closer parking or reduced hours but that’s all she could do. She said I should have went to a private physician since they do what the patients want them to do but here at Anderson they don’t work like that. I had to threaten to contact an attorney to get my paper completed after she then stated an attorney can’t over rule a doctor and if she did sign it she will make sure to put I have no complications to be out early and it was upon patient request. She was very rude, inconsiderate and became nasty towards me after I mentioned an attorney. The doctor that assisted her, was very nice and helpful. The doctor was attempting to check my cervix, and wanted to help raise my legs due to already witnessing me walk around looking as if I’m in pain, which I was but, Nurse GLORIA blurted in and said “Let her lift her own legs, she know how to lift her legs!” storming around the room still angry I wanted to go on maternity leave. Once she finally completed my paperwork stating it was upon patient request, she shoved them at me to fax off myself. I will never return to this clinic again after this experience and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family not to ever go here either. It’s bad enough not having a consistent doctor but to have the head nurse treat you like trash too! Unacceptable!! If it wasn’t for me wanting to know if I have dilated anymore I wouldn’t even return for my future appointments, which I am still debating on!"
"I cut my hand and got an artery, was transported to Navicent ER from my local hospital. My follow up was with the W.T. Anderson clinic. I was told to call the next morning and get an appointment. I called many many times and got no answer, this was on Friday. So I started reading the reviews and thought I was just gonna have to find someone else to follow up with. Well, finally the following Monday they called me back and gave me an appointment for Thursday. I must say I was very apprehensive to even go after the Google reviews I read. However, I think this may have been the smoothest Dr appointment I've ever had. From the time I walked through the door, until the time I left, I received nothing but friendly courteous service. It really shows that Google reviews are usually left when someone has received what they perceive as bad service. This was definitely not my experience. Good job guys, you made me very happy with my appointment."
