"This office cancelled on me twice the day of my appointments. Always staying “the therapist had to leave”. They should probably have more reliable therapists if they can’t bother to ever stay a full day at work. On top of that the receptionist never leaves a voicemail, when you call back it takes a while, and multiple calls, to get through. I suggest just going to the Dothan office if you actually want help. I have been trying to just do an initial intake appointment for three months and have been unsuccessful solely based on their atrocious business practices."
"My husband sought help for an emergent emotional condition today but was rudely treated and turned away due to his inability t pay. What the hell. Must continue to suffer. Think these people need help for their own sickness."
"Absolutely the worst mental health facility I’ve encountered. Your mental health will decay simply from dealing with these incompetent bottom feeders. If I specifically ask about a diagnosis, and you wait until I’ve paid for intake and medication conferencing to say you don’t treat that diagnosis, you are scum. DO. NOT. ENTER. Stay far away!"
"I will never use their service again, very unprofessional with 2 therapists., they do not help the family or child they throw them on different type of medications and hope for the best. We had 2 home therapists that suppose to come and help our daughter but instead they was pointing fingers at us on why she was like this and made her feel worse about herself. Do not take your child or anyone yo this place us all about money."
"my wife tried to get my daughter an appointment who is 15 and has been taking psychiatric medication for over a year now and was forced to quit cold turkey because we do not have money to take her to a doctor to get refills since we just moved to the state a couple weeks ago and these people refuse to help apparently the state of Alabama does not care about people with mental health issues and neither does this facility."
