"They do not answer the phone, I work for a medical equipment supply company and we need notes for patients in order to provide for the patients. I can't do that if they don't answer the phone. Someone needs to restaff the whole front office. God forbid if you're a patient a need an appointment. Their phone etiquette is also terrible. You don't ask someone if they can hold then immediately just put them on hold, you wait for an answer. And the hold times, are ridiculous. I understand if you're busy you can't get to the phone, but you still check in with the patient to let them know that they're not forgotten. 10/10 do not recommend."

"Dr. Sripathi is an excellent doctor. However after several incidents with his incompetent and unprofessional office staff including not bothering to contact my insurance carrier to confirm my copay and quoting me almost 200$ for an office visit despite the copay being clearly printed on the ID cards I provided, arguing with the pharmacy about an incorrect medication they sent, and informing me the only person who could fax a pre existing referral was on vacation, I will be going elsewhere. These are peoples lives you are dealing with. There's no excuse for that level of incompetence."

"SOMEONE FRAUDRANTLY PUT A REVIEW FOR MY DR , BUT IT WAS NOT FROM ME, AFTER CLONING/HACKING MY PHONE AND LISTENING TO MY PERSONAL BUSINESS.. Me, Wayne T3 HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT "GOOD" CARE FROM THIS DR FOR A LONG TIME! I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT HIM! I NOW KNOW WHO DID WHAT THEY DID. KARMA WILL GET THAT person. Dr Sripathi is a excellent doctor! Some NARCISSIST who thinks they're a genius listened to a conversation about something and created a whole storyline behind it. This iS W TAYLOR 3 AND I WOULD NOT BE GOING TO THE SAME , INTELLIGENT , understanding , compassionate dr for years if I thought he was anything but great! His employees are extremely respectful to me also. I am sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused ONE OF THE GOOD ONES, A . GOOD DOCTOR that I'd trust with my life!!! ❤️❤️❤️"

"Dr. Sripathi & his staff are hands down one of the best practices I have ever been too. The care, love & support you receive is unheard of this day in age. I moved down here from North Georgia and was really not looking forward to finding a new doctor. But Dr. Sripathi made that transition so easy and painless. His bedside manner is awesome. He sits back and lets you talk, & get everything off your chest and then analyzes and helps you find a solution. Dr. Sripathi and his staff pretty much saved my life and got me on the right track. So thank you!"

"Worst Doctor I have ever been too. The wait times are ridiculously long. They make you wait in the waiting room for well over an hour. The whole office smells like cigarette smoke and is not clean. He has no idea what he's doing. I was prescribed medication that wasn't even for what I needed. Dr. Sripathi should not be in practice anymore. They also try to make more money by scheduling you unnecessary appointments."
