"This one star has nothing to do with the service and everything to do with the billing department. Service was great! Just make sure they don't bill your sore throat visit as an emergency, because apparently there's "nothing they can do" to re-bill that."
"Took my daughter here because she was sick and it was a Sunday, so her doctors weren't open. My husband was also there a week before for stitches. Both times, the doctors were so friendly. We were seen right away both times and out as quickly as they could get us out."
"Took my teenage there today and he got tested for COVID, which was positive. But I took him on a Friday evening and it took only couple of minutes for waiting time. All the nurses and staff were really friendly and helpful! Would definitely go there again! Is better than lake joy med stop for sure!"
"The staff here were awesome! Very attentive and caring. They got patients back and seen by the doctor as quickly as they could. Rooms were sprayed down between patients. Despite the obviously heavy workload on all the Healthcare providers because of covid, they all had really good attitudes and were pleasant to interact with. A big thank you to all the Bonaire medstop staff!!"
