"The worst outpatient care ever. I was given a script to get some IV fluids. They told me I had to go to the emergency room for it. Devon offered me to make an appointment. They just sent me to the ER knowing they’re going to charge me for ER visit And it was not signed the script but all I had to do was get it signed and they still didn’t offer to help me front desk looked at me like I was crazy and was very rude about everything. Worst care ever."

"I highly recommend Wellstar Outpatient Rehab. It is a great facility, it isn't crowded, the therapists and staff are very friendly. They set up a plan and schedule that works for you and they are very attentive with your care."

"The front desk should get it together . And for a child to loose a slot for therapy because the front desk is incapable of putting in the system the child was sick or had a family matter ! Never have I ever had to get so upset with a doctors office ! Sad because mr Dan is our sons favorite but looks like we are gonna have to look into somewhere else just hopefully they can get it together before other parents start doing the same"

"I would recommend Wellstar outpatient physical therapy, the therapist and entire staff go out of their way to see that your happy with care you receive , the only complaint I have is towards their billing system for allowing me to go over what Medicare and secondary insurance would pay for and explained due to a limited income I could not afford to pay for any visit that I went over and t hey let me go over the visits and now I could possibly owe so make yourself clear on this matter!!!!!"

"Very clean, front staff explained paperwork, therapist Ed was very thorough and explained with spine display and listened and answered my questions. Ed was very courteous and printed me 3 exercises to do at home."
