"I went in in June to have a lesion removed from my ear. I was told by the doctor that the stitches were dissolvable. Two weeks later I went back and stitches still hanging from my ear and hard. Told doctor and she said put ointment on it. I did that. Stitches still hard and still there. It is now august 23rd and stitches are still in my ear and the skin has grown over most of them but I can still feel pieces of the stitches. Obviously they were NOT dissolvable. Called today and cannot reach anyone. I don’t know what to do now. Ear is still sore."

"Don't bother with these people if possible. There front desk employees are extremely too laid back (especially when I have an actual problem). Long story short, my insurance has an expensive copay ($80 for specialist), and these guys will charge for both the hearing test plus see the doctor. I went for 1 day, paid the copay once, and done. When I scheduled a month follow up (which they ask you to do), they couldn't do it on the same day again due to "no availability". So I scheduled for different days, the follow up hearing test date and the doctor the very next day. This made them believe I owed them TWO EXTRA co-pays (racking up to $160), when last time I've only paid for one co-pay for my first initial visit... I've been going back and forth with these people over the phone, asking them to remove it because it was unfair and didn't make sense. Some say they will, some argue about it, but still believe that I ow them another $80 in their portal when they FORCED ME to pick different days that both the hearing test and doctor visit (no wonder their buildings always look nicer than our houses). On top of that, they do a very SLOW job at communicating back with you. Right now I need a refill on a prescription to help with something urgent, and they take literally DAYS to get back with you... Why would you ever want to work a ENT like this? I will give them credit, their doctors do a good job when it comes to needing procedures, but when it comes to money and prescriptions with these people, go somewhere else. Not worth the headache."
