"I have been a patient here for a few years and Dr Krepps delivered my son in 2020. He is absolutely awesome! I have had nothing but great experiences here with every provider I have seen EXCEPT Dr. Lofters-Jones. If you can help it, do not see this woman! Other than that, great office!"

"Being as candid and honest as possible… do not go here. The negative reviews that you read are valid. I experienced a miscarriage last Thursday. When calling the office, I was concerned and in tears. They could have cared less. I was told to come in just to get my blood drawn on Friday and the following Monday. I was not offered a wellness check on my well being or to ensure that I am passing everything safely. They called me on Monday to collect half of the payment for the confirmation of pregnancy appointment that was scheduled for 11/30/23. How insensitive and untimely. Are you not organized enough to note on my file that I had a miscarriage? Very ignorant and money-driven. When waiting in the waiting room, I could overhear multiple women around me talking about how every time they come to this office, they just wait, and wait, and wait. I felt like I was in a dog pound. There were so many of us just sitting and waiting. I will gladly find a new OB, even if it means a farther drive. I recommend that you do also. (Still haven’t received by blood test results yet, by the way.)"

"Usually the staff is pretty helpful and nice. Apparently I have $13 balance that I can pay. I just happened to not have my wallet with me today and they wouldn't schedule me an emergency appointment d/t the $13 balance. Come on y 'all its $13. I was even willing to pay it in person."
