"Today my daughter had an appointment with Dr fennessy at 3.15 pm, we were asked to come early so we were at the clinic at 2.45. After waiting for more then an hour a PA was sent to see my daughter saying the doctor was too busy. The receptionist argued that we had an appointment with th PA and not the doctor, after us insisting that she was not correct, another lady at the reception said that yes we were right and she was seen by the PA becouse the doctor was too busy. The reason we were seeing a specialist is because the nurse practitioner at the primary care had given us a vague reasoning for her problem, so we decided to see a specialist and were ready to pay more for that reason. The PA had no idea and just asked her to do some random tests that we had no problem with, but I asked to see the doctor and they said she had already left!!!! She was so busy that she could not see my daughter and also left early?????? we were asked to pay the full amount even though we never saw the doctor. I asked the receptionist to ask the doctor to call us so we could discuss it on the phone to which the receptionist said that’s not possible. What kind of service is this so called doctor providing?? I am so disappointed with the service and also want to say that the receptionist was highly rude and even told my daughter that she had a lot to learn in life. Excuse me!!!!! You don’t give us service for which we are paying and we have to learn in life????? My daughter is a law student and she told the receptionist that if a client came to see me I would not send my paralegal to see the client. Bottom line. Terrible service by this doctor."
