"I called the morning of my appointment needing a copy of a previous medical record. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on. TWICE! Third time I called I was told they did not hang up on me and then they hung up on me. I signed in for my appointment 5 mins before the time, but was not "checked in" by the admin staff for 40mins. I was told the record I wanted was on MyChart in a place I could not access and the staff did not know how to move my record to a place I could access. Beware of the staff! I will be looking for a new care provider."
