"Been going here for years. I used to really enjoy my visits. The ppl were so nice, but that's not the case anymore. Yes, I began to complain when they put me with a young PA that wasn't even old enough to understand the pain that I deal with. Then reception is the worse. After you're labeled a troublemaker for expressing your opinion, they made me wait 2 hours before giving me my prescription..totally on purpose. I am fond of, Dr. Mitchell. I only wish I could say the same for his current staff."

"I drive 2 hours one way to go here. I see Tya, a nurse practioner for office visits & Dr Mitchell does all of my procedures. And i absolutely love them both, they make it worth the drive. The staff is awesome. Antwonette, Zack & Penny are always very nice & go above & beyond for the patients. My 3 complaints would be: difficult to get thru when calling, wait time is often extensive, procedures scd too far out. I've been making the 4 hour round trip for several years now. The pros outweigh the cons, in my opinion. They are worth it The CFO (I think is his title) Richard, will try his best to do anything & everything he can to help you out"
