"I called ahead to ask if Surgarloaf Urgent Care could see my 15-month-old son, and they said yes. The lady who answered asked what was wrong, and I was very specific in saying he was under 2 years old and likely had an ear infection. She gave me the address, so I knew I was going to the correct place. I drove out of my way to get there only to be told they couldn't see my son because he was too young. Incredibly disappointing and very poor customer service. They should have been honest up front. I lost time and gas due to the misinformation the staff member shared with me."

"To Dr. Jett: Thank you for refusing to communicate with your patients, and exacerbating the trauma of my near death experience and loss. To Staff: Insurance can only make payments on claims you actually submit. Do not state my insurance “pays nothing” if there are no denied claims. You charged a copay on multiple visits that I DID NOT OWE. To prospective patients: They care very little for your well being, they also have no interest in proper billing, as other reviews indicate. Went to them for a work accommodations note following a traumatic loss, called back next day because my work needed more details. The front desk told me they’d leave a note on my doctor’s desk and that I’d get a call when he was between patients.I called back four hours later, having not heard from anyone, and the front desk then told me the doctors can’t talk on the phone and I am welcome to come pay another visit fee to discuss the documentation needs. I need literally one sentence written down."

"Worse place ever, they don’t explain anything to the customer about their insurance. Also after charging a copayment of $75 they didn’t do nothing to me then wanted me to pay another $75 for an injection. I’m glad I left and end up going to my primary doctor and they actually did there job about my symptoms which I ended up been positive for Covid and would had never known if it was up to this place."

"This review is regarding the office staff. After paying an upfront fee for an EKG, it turned out the machine was malfunctioning, and not able to provide a proper read. I requested a refund and was directed to the office manager, Sabrina, by Janet (another member of the office staff). The refund took longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances, but Sabrina and Janet were great: patient, kind, understanding and willing to work with me considering the circumstances. Many thanks to you both and congratulations to Sabrina on the wedding! God bless!!!"

"My experience was generally pretty good. The ladies who worked there were very respectful and nice. Only downside is the prescription wasn't called in right after, so I had to drop off the doctor's note for them."
