"I’ve used this clinic multiple times because it’s close and no one wants to drive far when they’re sick or in pain. EVERY visit has been a mess. Multiple miss diagnosis. I went in for a twisted ankle and had X-rays done. They told me everything looked fine. It was actually broken. I went for a Covid test and NEVER received my results. Ended up in the ER. Another visit I was diagnosed with a uti. I was given antibiotics and was told to call back later with accurate results. I called for days trying to get the results. A week later I was told the culture was negative. My mother fell and hurt her ribs. They told her she was fine. Later had X-rays at a different facility. She had broken ribs and a bruised lung. My sister went for a sore throat, was given antibiotics for strep throat, she actually had thyroid cancer. Do not waste your time. Please choose better for your health."
"This place is unprofessional at best. My husband was diagnosed with the flu at another urgent care, and when I started experiencing symptoms I came here. I was negative for the flu, and positive for pneumonia. A script was supposed to be sent in for Tamiflu before my pneumonia results came back, but never made it to the pharmacy (??!!). Then I was prescribed antibiotics and I looked forward to relief. Four days later, I felt worse. I went to another urgent care and was correctly diagnosed with the flu. Not cool. Rewind to my previous and incorrect diagnosis of pneumonia: my husband thought that if I needed antibiotics, he should probably get tested for pneumonia too, just in case. We have a young toddler and a newborn at home, and didn't want them to get it too. So he came here, and was told he would be called with his results the next day. Two and a half days later, he called them only to find out they had lost his test results - "there was nothing about his results in the system". This place is a joke, and you're much better off going to any other clinic in the area or simply staying home if this place is your only option."
"I have always had good experiences until today. My whole family has been sick this week and went there for treatment. They saw Jennifer, and she did good even with my autistic son. This sickness hit me last night, and I went to Guilford but Jennifer was off. I had to see Karen. She did the strep, covid, and flu test. All came back negative. She did a respiratory test and said it would be tomorrow before results. I felt so bad it didn't register that I was going home with nothing. When I confronted her about it she confirmed she wasn't giving me anything!!! I left there and went to the Clinics of North Georgia. I went right into to the treatment room, they did a strep and flu test. I HAVE TYPE A FLU!!! After Karen said there was nothing wrong with me. I could sense that she really wasn't listening to me nor cared what I thought!!! Karen had her mind made up that she wasn't going to give me anything regardless. Dr Haddad, this is a good way to loose business. Your not just seeing patients, but customers. Let me say, I have always had good experiences at Guilford, but if this was my first visit I'd never be back. Karen, you need to have better bedside manners and LISTEN to your patients. I was too sick to go home with no treatment and I'm glad The Clinic of North Georgia helped me."
"I waited for over an hour and a half to be seen for maybe 5 minutes. The nurse who took my vitals was great, very kind and up beat. However, the doctor I saw came in and started talking so fast I could hardly process all that she was saying. I came in complaining of sinus issues and possibly a double ear infection. After looking in my ears and my throat, she determined that I had infections and probably had covid since those are the symptoms they are seeing. Instead of ordering a Covid test to be done in the office, she told me to “go buy one and take it tomorrow morning to know if you have it or not”. Why am I paying a copay to go and test myself? And on top of all of this, I am 14 weeks pregnant. Just overall not great patient care in my opinion."
