"The staff was horrendous. We only went for one appointment and it was a horrible experience. They did not even let me, the father, go back or even sit in the lobby during the appointment, nor did they list me on the paperwork. They were also extremely rude and unprofessional. We went to a different OBGYN to swap doctors, they needed the paperwork to be sent over, Dr. Malone's office refused to send over the paperwork. We had to go over there ourselves to get it and they didn't check for ID and basically tossed the papers at us. They are also not open on their listed times. Apparently it also seems that they are actively trying to remove their low reviews as well."

"Horrible doctors. When asked for birth control was told how would I stay in business if I give you birth control. He cares more about the money then this patients. Didn't even come to the hospital to check and release. Your response is unprofessional. I see you were able to get the other low ratings removed. This is Google. How would you know if I'm a patient? By going by the name that shows?"

"This will be my 3rd munchkin so I'm kind of a professional at this point (haha). First, the ladies working in the office were very pleasant and friendly. Secondly, I met with Dr. Malone (the son) and he was awesome! I felt more at ease with him than I have any other Obstetrician. He had such a great attitude and demeanor. Friendly, but professional and knowledgeable. He took his time to answer questions and we chatted about my family and his own for a few minutes. I am very happy that I chose this practice and I am looking forward to our last baby (and me!) being monitored by Dr. Malone."

"Dr. Malone (the son) is a very busy man. He doesn't arrive until around 11 a.m. even though the business opens up at 9 a.m. I was the first patient back there being waited on and he was still busy with non-work related matters as he was attending to me. It seems as if he's distracted, in a hurry, and unfocused when he's on the job at times. After all, he does have a wife and plenty of kids (including a quad set) to check up on. Don't get me wrong, he's a decent doctor but he has his overworked days."

"Courteous, Helpful, Informative & Friendly. For a first time Mom, these are the things I look mostly for in every new place I'm having to charter through (sometimes blindly) w/in this new world of Mommy-hood. This time should be happy in every aspect, and Especially when considering the place & people w/in who will be responsible for the interpretations of you & your little one's health & growth, which a huge part of is your emotional well-being.
