"I could not wait to leave this place. I was grossed out the entire time. This place is filthy and unsanitary, especially for a medical facility. Then, the staff member wiping his nose with his hand repeatedly and touching people and things without washing his hands is unsanitary. You're not informed of the credentials of the staff, they just go from front desk to medical care. They don't scan meds so I looked on the bottle to make sure I was getting the correct thing. I wouldn't ever willing come back here. They need an inspection."

"They make you wait for so long while they do nothing. I was the only customer for physical exam, and the doctor just stayed in front of her computer while I was waiting for her for more than 2 hours."

"This has got to be my worst experience at ANY doctors office ever! I visited this location twice in 2021 where the doctor there purposely misdiagnosed me so that workers comp could deny my claim. Because of them misdiagnosing me on purpose, I have been fighting this workers comp case since 2021 and finally things are turning around! I will advise anyone I know not to go to this facility! The doctor told me there was inflammation and swelling in my shoulder etc and that I needed an MRI and that she would recommend it. I called plenty times asking for a copy of my file and the MRI recommendation there and they told me that I did not have access to it because of my attorney. I called multiple times in hopes someone would give me what I’d ask for and finally it happened! After getting access to these files I realized the doctors office was keeping records from me that my previous attorney did not want me to see because that file had all the info for me to win my workers comp case! I also realized the doctor put a lot of lies in the medical report and she mentioned tests in the report that she claims she did but she never performed those tests on me! This place needs to be shut down! My current doctor told me that because of me being misdiagnosed by Caduceus, my recovery is going to take longer than it should’ve and now I am in need of shoulder surgery at the age of 25. This is all their fault! I was just at NAVY boot camp in February of 2021 and now I’m unable to return because I now have a disability that could’ve been avoided had the doctor done the ETHICAL THING! DO NOT GO HERE! They do not care about people!"

"After visiting more than once I agree the wait time is linked to the time and what day, BUT I really felt cared for and looked after. I experienced a work injury, pretty serious one. Christina and the staff have taken great care of me and my paperwork. Christina truly cares about her patients wellbeing. A coworker of mine has seen her as well, we both agree. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the Dr I saw on Tues the 7th would ask me a question and not let me finish my answer. I had to say more than once let me finish. There may be a wait but I think they are worth it. I do believe that one from Tuesday is in the wrong profession. She does not come across as caring one bit about the patient. She had an accusatory attitude from the beginning and I was her first patient of the day. Can't blame it on having a bad day. I appreciate this office staff and Christina. Thank you for what you do."

"Had to visit on a Sunday for a pre employment drug test. I was the only person here in and out in 15 minutes. So the reviews and up and down depending on what you are having done and time of day. Mine was 4pm on Sunday. Only reason not a 5 start because the drug test bathroom was nasty like not cleaned in weeks.... Lady at front desk was very nice and fast."
