"I just had my first appointment at this office with Dr. McDaniel, and I was so pleased that I just had to write a review. I am an overweight person, and I have spent so long feeling invalidated and overlooked because of my size. Dr. McDaniel made me feel seen and heard, and he spent so much time with me, going over every issue I've had and assuring me that he will never allow me to feel that way by him. What a perspective-altering experience. This has been the best doctor's office appointment I have ever had, and I'm considering changing my grandfather's care to him, as well because of how attentive and passionate he was. I could not say better things about this visit. I also utilized the Xray lab and blood-work stations. I can genuinely say that each person I encountered today was fantastic."

"The administration of this practice is horrible! Do not try to contact your doctor here because you can't unless you jump through 100s of hoops. I started trying to call this group at 8am and there was no answer. Finally at 9am I called billing and someone answered but told me there was no one there because they were all with patients and that I should go through My Chart. I can't access Dr. Chu on my chart and noone could tell me how to do it. I was trying to talk to a clinician of Dr. Michael Chu. I had been up all night with sever pain in my right shoulder and neck. All I wanted was to send a message to Dr. Chu asking him to prescribe something to get me through until I saw him on Tuesday. This is Thursday. It took almost two hours to speak with a human who could send Dr. Chu a message. I would have used My Chart, but I could not access Dr. Chu and when I asked the people at the Kennesaw location I was told they didn't know how to do it. This has been a nightmare! Don't ask for help at Piedmont Kennesaw. They don't know how unless you're paying a bill. The only line that answered this morning was billing which tells me clearly that Piedmont is ONLY interested in money! ALSO, NOT ONE PERSON ASKED ME HOW I WAS FEELING OR WHAT PHYSICAL PROBLEM I HAD! Piedmont Phyicians can kiss my grits! Update: Today, I spent over seven hours trying to get a message to Dr. Michael Chu so that he he could send me something for pain in my right shoulder and neck until my appointment on Tuesday. I finally got a call from someone who told me that Dr. Chu had called in a prescription for me. With that person, I double-checked that it had been sent to the proper pharmacy AND was assured that it had been. IT HAD NOT BEEN SENT TO THE PROPER PHARMACY BUT TO ONE I HADN'T HEARD OF. Finally, after 3pm. and me calling the administrator several times, whose own Piedmont Phyicians site didn't know who she was, I was able to receive my medication. THIS SIMPLE PROCESS TOOK 7 HOURS TO COMPLETE. NO ONE SHOULD EVER HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS SINCE I HAD BEEN IN PAIN SINCE MIDNIGHT MAKING IT 15 HOUR'S I HAD TO SPEND IN PAIN. Piedmont Phyicians of Kennesaw should be sued for such negligence. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!"

"I love Dr. Boecker! I’ve been going to him since 2020 and he is one of the best doctor’s I’ve ever had. He has great bedside manors, is so kind, funny, and knowledgeable, and he truly listens to his patients and wants the best for them. He’s the sweetest older man, PLUS he wears fun cowboy boots daily!!! I’m going to be so sad the day he retires :("

"I have nothing but good things to say about this office. The location is convenient for me and the new building is so nice. I've only been a patient of David Slotin's for a year (I've seen him twice now for yearly visits) and he has been professional, caring, understanding, and communicative. He seems to have a real interest in my health and well-being. I've had no issues with the front desk. I've had no issues with the lab tech. Any scheduling conflicts have been addressed by phone call, text, and by messaging in MyChart. Will continue to use this office for my primary care and would recommend it anyone looking for a primary care physician."
