"You're better off going somewhere else. honestly, all these people do is just chat and gossip. You can be here four hours after your appointment and still not be called because they take "everyone with symptoms and appointments first." I was the first person here and still one of the last people here, and they say the same thing: "We take everyone with symptoms and appointments first." Just go somewhere else."

"Came in for a dentist appointment and after waiting over an hour in the lobby I was told I could not be seen because I had my son with me. That is something that should be mentioned at the time the appointment is made and DEFINITELY when I walked in the door instead of wasting my time smh. Never again! Ill find another dentist because I will not be returning!"

"1)They never answer the phone. 2)Multiple times even i was the first patients i had to wait more than hour to just get inside of the doctors office. then wait another hour for doctor to come and see you. 3) They made you come 30 minutes early for your appointment (it was 15) then you wait another 1:30 hour after your appointment time."

"It’s been 3 weeks now and I have been trying to make an appointment. They are basically paying people to keep you on hold for 20+ min while you wait for a 2 min phone conversation of them taking your name and number all for no appointment to be made. They just say they will call you back. But they never do. It’s insane. I’ve been calling every other day to make an appointment for my 9 y/o daughter and nobody has called me back. The call center they use is a joke. I asked to speak to a supervisor and one of the reps refused to get a supervisor for me. This drs office use to be good but now it’s a disaster due to no communication between office and patients. If you’re smart you will run away and go find another doctor. I’m looking for a new one now."

"I believe that my review was deleted in error. I’ve had two appointments at this location and haven’t seen a provider at either of those times. A follow-up appointment was set, but the doctor did not show up, and no one called to reschedule. During that supposed visit, I was set up with a virtual appointment, and no one ever sent the link to sign in. This place is not for people of my kind, and it’s visible through employee interactions and the lack of care offered to African Americans. That saying reigns true about doctors not listening or caring about the health of Black women."
