"I have had major health problems and to say the least , all of the staff have always been friendly, including doctor Jackson! However, I had extreme pain and the nurse practitioner there ( older black lady) , was real nonchalant and told me I was constipated and prescribed me something that made the pain worst. I specifically had to had for an appointment with Dr. Jackson. She then looks at her computer and ask me why am I talking that medicine( I'm thinking to myself " do you not check what your doctors give ppl). Come to find out I had another issue that had nothing to do with what was prescribed. Thank God I was referred out to see several specialists because upon discussion with several specialists, this office has been giving the wrong diagnosis for quite sometime now. I got sick again and went to the ER only to be told something else. Of course every ER doctor says follow up with your PCP. There's no point to do a follow up if they have no clue how to approach any variation or problems that arise with the patients health. I'm currently looking for a new PCP. Although they are nice , that niceness doesn't saves lives or make them any closer to knowing what they are doing health wise in that office. FYI after talking to my clients a few of them informed me that everybody that goes here is said to have high blood pressure and when they go somewhere else it is quite normal. To say they are scheming would be an understatement. There's no way my BP is normal at my other doctor's but always high when I come here. You can forget about getting anything if it's high according to them( which is lies) when your taking ever drug they gave you . I say something ain't right with this office! How are they still in business! For anybody giving a good review ( they must've not had any major health problems. That name alone scares me that I will be going to the light if I don't find another PCP and not someone that's playing with people lives. At least Dr. Jackson refers you out because she doesn't know what be going on with her patients or her staff. She's quick to up the dosage on your medication. My other doctor's ask why was I taking so many meds at the max dosage. Telling me my BP is always high and just opens the door and say go to the nearest ER and walks away. How is that solving my problems. If your constantly sending people to the ER and afraid to properly treat them , then why are y'all still open ! They nurse practitioner is so old school that she don't believe nothing you say when you go in their sick."

"Got their 10 minutes before appointment toot a few minutes to sign in due to business transactions with the people ahead of me. But after signing in everything thereafter was smooth sailing. Thanks"

"The staff and doctor happens to be the best I have seen. Very knowledgeable and eager to help. All I know is if they left I would be at a loss and saddened."

"Friendly staff. Nurse practitioner was amazing and she knew her stuff. Love her. The office was also nice and clean. Now the Downside We was asked to be 15min early, just to sit and wait 1hr 20min before being seen. They also don't give out simple vaccines. It was the main reason why we came. Disappointed. To take off work and not get what was needed. Why make an appointment for us? I could have gone straight to the health department"
