West GA Primary Care- Hogansville

"The doctors are very nice, but if you're trying to call to reach the nurse or clinical staff, it's pitiful how I have to call numerous times and still DON'T get to talk to anyone. I have to drive to the office just to make sure they're open, once I gets there, I calls while sitting in my car, they still DON'T answer!!! I have to go in just to ask a simple question, What's yall Fax number? Looking for another Doctor as of NOW......"

"Been going there for over a year and I've only experienced a professional, courteous staff. What's medicine? An educated guess and Dr Muneer has been spot on every time with me."

"Youll spend almost 3 hours for annual physical between all the waiting. Dr. Muneer is not very social. Nurses and front desk are nice . Seems like previous work and tests are never available and staff unaware of what was done last visit or files get lost."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Don't go here! I use to get the best service. I loved that dr over examined. Now she has so many patients I fuss she doesn't have time for the patients who helped build her clientele. I don't go to the dr often except for well check ups. I got really sick in the spring, couldn't quit coughing. Made an appointment, was in the waiting room coughing my lungs out and they never even checked on me. I got there 20 minutes early and when called in the patient who's appointment was 30 minutes before mine I got up and left. Went to the hospital in Lagrange and got wonderful care. My Doctors office never even called to ask why I left. Thx Dr Murneer. New doctor for me!"

"I had an appointment earlier this year, just for a well check my appointment was for the early morning (because I had to work that afternoon). Got to my appointment on time an waited nearly 2 HOURS to be seen an another 30-45 minutes in the room waiting on Muneer. I walked out of the appointment room and let the receptionist know how long I had been waiting and that I needed to leave to go to work. She let me know that the copay I paid would be used for my next visit because I never got to see Muneer. Today I make an appointment again (only because the office is very close to where I live an I feel horrible) an the wait time is not AS bad as last time but Muneer literally only spent 5 minutes with me. Then did not even check to make sure I use the same pharmacy that is on file or anything. Muneer is very cold and unprofessional. I will NEVER go back to this office and would not recommend her to anyone."
