"My initial eye exam with Dr. Patel was good. He prescribed an allergy steroid eye drop that required a follow up visit to check for eye pressure. I returned two weeks later happy with the results to do this follow up visit. During this visit, Dr. Patel checked my eye pressure and saw me for 5 minutes. As I was was checking out, the front desk let me know that I owed $160 for my visit. From my perspective, I thought it was only a follow up from my first exam and was never told from the receptionist that it would cost me this much money. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the front office for not disclosing the cost of this service prior to my visit. I hope in the future they let patients know of a potentially high out of pocket expense they may incur from having a 5 minute follow up visit. Update: Dr. Patel was extremely efficient in reaching out to me about this issue. I am pleased with the outcome of our conversation and feel it was handled well."

When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised how nice the facility was. Cecile was very sweet at the front desk! Dr. Patel is very thorough and is advanced in all areas of his craft, especially technology!
