"As I sit here waiting here with my two kids which we had an appointment at 9 and received a call they needed to reschedule them into 10. Came inside they advised mask was required but wanted me to pay a dollar per mask. Went to urgent care beside us and received free masks came back had to fill out forms. Was advised I had to provide my kids ssn or mines and I never been require to. As where does it say it's require no explanation. A walk in walks in and has been seen now it's 10:39 and still no one has seen my kids. Had to call out of work"

"I have just experienced deplorable experience. This location really needs to work on customer service and ensuring client rights. I just went in during the drop in hours to get my son an immunization shot. The staff made my experience even more complicated by intentionally not wanting to offer accommodation in any way. Front desk clerk asked for his insurance card and I explained that my son’s insurance was through his Dad who lives out of state but I could provide front and back of the card through email. (Which this is common and happens all the time!) She shares, “ I don’t have an email.” Lying and being rude. Mam lies!! Every medical facility I have ever taken my son has NEVER given me a problem before now. Then she says because you don’t have a copy of the card, you can come back Monday! Mam today is Thursday!! Why would I return Monday!? Your hours on the door says you are open tomorrow and I was told you have walk in afternoon hours. Not one time did she offer for me to return this afternoon with the print out of the card. (She could have printed it but just being nasty!) This frustrated me because you can tell she wasn’t trying to help. Secondly, she gives me all this paperwork to fill out, had us sitting in the lobby for over an hour; almost 2 just for a vaccination walk in. She then says that I must wear a mask. I have trouble wearing a mask because of my asthma. I wasn’t given an option at this facility in 2023!!!. Smh. But that’s your policy.. what pissed me off was I explained this to you and then you still had us wait more time to then explain, no mask, no service after you swiped my car and received payment. Mam you or your Mom and Pop establishment will not play in my face like that as if my time isn’t valuable. I requested a refund, requested they shred my information and left. Yes most of the staff with an exception of one white lady with a Mohawk, were black women with poor customer service and a attitude. Unwilling to help or accommodate. Being difficult for no reason. I do not recommend this facility if you are looking for a warm, customer friendly environment for you or your love ones. With my experience at the front desk, I sure wouldn’t trust them with the most precious thing I have in life and that’s my health and wellness. 0 stars, do NOT recommend. And judging from others experiences I’ve read, this is the standard at this location, UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE."

"As a health care provider, I wish I received an ounce of the care I try to provide to my patients when I’m working. I visited Highpoint family practice last year and had a good first experience. Wendy was personable, walked me through the procedures and tests I’d be receiving and I was looking forward to having a consistent primary care provider. Fast forward to my first visit this year and for whatever reason the front desk has issues reverifying my insurance. After calling my hr department, customer support for my insurance and having my insurance verified over the phone with High Point they still would not accept it. My insurance company told them an alternative to verifying my insurance since what ever system they were looking my info up wouldn’t pull it up. Even after talking to the insurance agent through my company and verifying my coverage they still made no attempt to search through the other system my insurance company suggested. 2 hours of my morning wasted. And now after reading these reviews after my visit, definitely starting to notice a pattern. Wendy you’re amazing. Your staff needs work. I went to a nearby urgent clinic and I was seen within the hour. No issues with my insurance verification!"

They are concerned about my health. Need a caring first class heath care provide, this is who you need. My calls are always answered and returned. I'm seen with in minutes of my appointment.
