"Horrible!!!! RUN! You can NEVER get ahold of anyone on the phone and if you message the provider they charge your card. I needed to cancel an appointment, called several times over 2 weeks in advance and could never get anyone on the phone so I sent the NP a message through the portal saying that I couldn't get anyone on the phone and asked her to cancel my appointment, I was charged $25 for that. Lifestance will tank your mental health. Don't waste your time, you'll leave with more problems than you started with."
"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was trying to find help from this company and it was a bad experience since the beginning. 1. The lady that set up the appointment took an eternity (close to one hour). 2. Finally when we set up an appointment, I received a call a day before the appointment saying " that the initial appointment that she set up for me with a therapist does not take insurance at all and that I will need to pay in cash to keep the appointment with that therapist" soo why did she ask me for my insurance the first time we where on the phone? Then she offer me to reschedule my appointment with another therapist that takes my insurance and I agreed because I really needed the help. 3. One day before this new appointment she made for me I received one's Again another call saying that they need to re-schedule my appointment again due to a personal matter they offer me another re-schedule which I didn't take because at this point I've been waiting for almost 3 weeks to get Cancelled again. There should be guidelines for these things that they can only cancel 24 hours in advanced, because if doctors are allowed to charge you a fee for not cancelling 24 hours in advance why should I accept two cancelations and not being not even apologizing for the situation. I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!"
"This organization/place SUCKS SO BAD. I have had the WORST experience. I had an appointment one day, got several texts confirming my appointment, one even the day before. I show up EARLY and they left the entire medical office unlocked with NO ONE there. Not kidding NO ONE. I tried calling the phone number provided and every single phone number associated with this laughing stock of a health care facility (8 different numbers to be exact) all of them continuously ring after choosing from the automated options. I have only gotten an answer 2 times out of the past MONTH of me trying to get tested for ADHD. My first appointment was missed because the nurse practitioner decided to work from home that day…. Are you serious? Then it was supposedly rescheduled for the next week, I have not received any confirmation emails or texts and I called over 15 times just to try and CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT. The phone would ring for 15 minutes and it would hang up on me. This is absolutely unprofessional and INSANE how impossible it is to get ahold of anyone. Also extremely illegal to leave your medical office unlocked when no one is present. I will never in my life recommend or attempt to use this place or this company EVER again."
"What used to feel like a decent health service has been nothing but awful the past 8 months. For a mental health service, everything they do is thoughtless and ableist. From scheduling appointments being difficult and frustrating, to appointments feeling awkward and pointless, to bad communication between staff/doctor/patient, to sending my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy multiple times—the whole process is arduous. They make you feel like an annoyance when you call and dumb if you ask any questions. My partner and I had assessments scheduled for 8 months (this was the only place we could find that even had appointments), and after we had our first round, they sent us what we would have to pay for the second round (supposedly insurance wouldn’t cover any of it even though they take my insurance there) and gave us 1 day to decide if we wanted to cancel or try to figure out finance options. ONE day. After we had had these appointments for 8 months. When we shared our frustration with this, the staff member was immediately extremely rude and kept defending their terrible system and treating us like garbage even though mental health is an extremely sensitive and important thing, which you would hope people working in this field would understand and care about. But zero compassion on their end and they canceled the appointments (full day assessments) like it was nothing. Guess they must have back up plans that day. I sincerely hope they improve their processes because there just aren’t many good options out there and we all deserve some help."
