"Don't go here unless you want your mental health to be worse. I was given a prescription that was not enough to cover between then and my next appointment. I repeatedly called and left messages last week and no response. I finally get in touch with them today, only for them to tell me that the psychiatrist I had been seeing, Dr Byrd, no longer worked there. This is 48 hours before my appointment and no one at thr office thought to tell me that the doctor I had an appointment with was no longer on staff. Now I'm desperately trying to find out where I can get my meds filled so I don't go unmedicated for major depressive disorder. This is far from the first problem with them I've had, but probably the most egregious. This place needs to be shut down for the safety of the community."

"This is the most disorganized medical practice I’ve seen. Argumentative combative receptionist, unavailable manager, dismissive towards any complaints, blaming the patience for any mistakes and miscommunication. They check all of the wrong boxes and their service keeps getting worse with each month. Do yourself a favor and find a decent practice because this is the lowest rung on the ladder. They are in no position to help patients because they can barely keep it together themselves."

"Horribly incompetent and rude. They don't do anything right but they are quick to charge your debit card 2 days prior to appointment without authorization and if you can't pay before your appointment they cancel it. The lady answering the phone is rude and the doctors don't respond to requests or provide the help they are supposed to. They also dont do what they say they're going to. 0/10 for me. Do not recommend!"

"I have been trying to get therapy for my daughter and this place accepted Medicaid. I scheduled an appointment over the phone and gave all of her information. The women was terrible and demanded to get my credit card information even though this isn’t self pay. She stated that it’s in case there is a no show they charge the card. I asked how much the fee was and she didn’t know. I then asked if I could schedule multiple appointments for her because she wants to do therapy twice a month. And she said I could do over their website. It was clear she did not want to help. When I went on the website there is no where to schedule an appointment. After two weeks it was the date of her appointment and when she logged in, it didn’t show any appointments for her. I called them an no one would answer. I kept trying for the next hour and finally got someone. The person said they didn’t have her insurance information so they cancelled the appointment. This wasn’t true because I gave them her insurance information when I scheduled. Nor did they try to contact me and get the information before the appointment. The man I spoke with was apologetic and scheduled her another appointment in 2 weeks. Two weeks later my daughter logged in and the women she had the appointment with was asking her what medication she needed help with. My daughter doesn’t take any medication. So I took the phone and spoke with the women. She told me the appointment was scheduled as a medication consult and not as therapy. I was upset because don’t they look at the patients chart and see what they are being seen for? The women was not apologetic at all and was very rude. This clinic wasted my daughters time. Now we have to look for another clinic who can be professional and schedule the patient with the correct appointment. I would never recommend this place."

"Schedule an appointment , they had availability one and half month out . I gave them all the information , insurance . And the day before my son’s appointment they call saying they need my credit card to put on file , I asked why if you have my insurance information , they said they needed to put in his file or they would cancel the appointment . So then I asked how much will they charge me , and she did not know . I told them I was uncomfortable putting my credit card on file if they had my insurance information and I was not told anything about a card on file so I canceled it . Very bad customer service and very unorganized. Do not recommend . Very suspicious!!"
