"Where to start … by far the most difficult place to deal with the young lady’s at front desk are rude and disrespectful! Nobody wants to do there job I came in with no one in office but I still have to wait 2 hours for drug test a DOT PHYSICAL when I wasn’t sent for that . They sit at the desk and talk about one another. That is so unprofessional they really need to hire better people with better communication skills in which the job requires!"

"I had to complete a physical at the Hapeville location. The physical is thorough and in depth. The test(s) I took was done in a timely manner and the staff was awesome and very friendly. The Dr took the time to answer my questions and was very professional. If you want a thorough physical this is the place."

"The Hapeville location is horrible. The front desk ladies need to go back through training. The black girl acts like she hates her job with a passion. The Hispanic lady is just confused in so many ways. The overall service time was extremely long. Very unacceptable service. I will say the ladies that did my physical were on their job. Great job to those ladies. The tall gentleman was helpful as well. The rest of the staff, doctor included...it's a NO for me. I do not recommend this place even on a good day!"

"Oh honey I came yesterday thinking they take walk ins, unbeknownst to me.. I had to schedule an appt for the following day. GET TO THE APPT AT 10:15am because the appt was set at 10:20am stood at an empty front desk for 20 minutes because they went to a meeting with NO back up! Absolutely HORRIBLE. Then she gets to me about 10:55, didn’t have the proper paperwork for the job I was coming for to receive physical and still then had to wait an addtl 45 minutes before I am seen. Customer service is horrible, the Indian girl was on her phone, the black lady was nice NASTY. Child just close the dam place down at this point!!!"

"Came here for a physical these folks got roaches! You have to wear a mask, can’t eat or drink here either. So eat before your appointment. I walked outside to grab food and once I came back the lady said I can’t eat or drink here. The sign needs to be on the front door. Waiting over an hour on a Thursday to be seen. Two hours later still here. I refused to go in a room to wait for anyone after I saw this roach! It was walking around like it pays bills! Ew!"
