"Wow. I was referred here by my primary care physician, and I trusted she was leading me to a professional. After calling in yesterday at 1:25 PM, I didn’t receive a call back until today at 4:58 PM, their office closes at 5 PM. The receptionist left a sarcastic VM and of course, when I went to call back at 5 PM, she didn’t answer. This place is unprofessional and obviously disorganized. You are a neurologist, helping people with issues they have going on with their brain, and you play mind games to simply speak to someone at your office. You should be embarrassed. I was not surprised by your pitiful rating on google. Thankfully, there are other neurologists in the city."

"This place has the rudest receptionist. My doctor gave me a referral to go to this doctor office. She starts asking me my demographic information. She asked me for my doctor information, when I give her the phone number to my doctor she tells me that’s the number is incorrect. I explained to her this is number that I always call because it’s a call center that makes appointment. She cuts me off and tells me that she know this. So I told her if she knew the number then she could put it in the system, she stated to give me more attitude so I asked her to move along so I can make my application and she say no and hung up on me. Then I find out that this is the doctor’s wife. Behavior was disgusting. I would never go there or even refer anyone there. The doctor needs to check his wife before he ends up having to close his practice's due to lack of patients. It’s my understanding that she extremely rude to many and has the habit of talking to other patients about patients. HIPPA violations"

"If I could give this place a negative 5, I would. Called to schedule an appointment for my 82yo father and 1. it took a month and a half to speak to someone. 2. The person on the phone accused me of treating and bulldozing because I said I MUST be at the visit with the doctor and I'm not vaxed.... THIS PLACE IS A JOKE, Not just to the medical community but the local community that needs a good neurologist. RECONSIDER GOING TO THIS PLACE AND FIND A PLACE THAT WILL TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT."

"I really don't know why but I was force to sit in the waiting area for 2 hours while patients that had appointments after mine was seen. I had to get up and go to the front desk to ask if they forgot about me because I ask the patients that went before me the time of their appointments a d that all stated a time later than mine. After I brought this to the receptionist attention she told me that the doctor has all the files and he decides who to call next and then she stuck me in a back room to wait another hour. SMH I am a black 61 year old female. I feel that i was treated very badly. After another 1 1/2 hour, I got fed up and left."
