"Well, my insurance provider referred me to this office to discuss a "breast reduction" with a plastic surgeon who is "in-network." The receptionist (lady) answered the phone and refused to schedule an appointment with the Plastic Surgeon until I attempted "physical therapy." I had a "Prior Authorization" "current" letter from my insurance provider, which MEANS I WENT THROUGH ALL APPROVAL PROCESSES........ She said, "those are the office's policies." So, this office can collect money from current patients and half provide customer service, but refuses to work with insurance for medical purposes surgeries!.....I told the receptionist this behavior is "insensitive." She said, "I am sorry you feel that way" and hung up!!"

"I made an appointment in August couldn’t be seen till September. September came it had to be rescheduled till the 16th of October the 6th they called and it had to be rescheduled again till the 18th I get there today they say they don’t have no doctor mean while my tonsils are swollen and might need to come out I can barely eat and they do nothing. I would never go there at this point cause they know my situation and just brushing me off. Horrible place of business. Il"

"12/3/2022 My experience at this facility has been great. My allergist Dr. Linn was wonderful. She asked the right questions. Very personable and attentive. Explained some things I didn't know about my allergies and got me a rx for some allergy medicine. It's definitely a game changer. All I can say is so far so good... Will update if need be...."
