"This is the pain management place I've ever had the displeasure of being forced to use. They changed my meds w/o examining my history; kept suggesting procedures not covered by insurance; NOW, in trying to switch doctors and it's taken A WEEK to get a discharge letter EMAILED. I hate this place. Do your research. There had to be something better out there."

"The office manager and their staff are very rude. I went to my appointment just for them to tell me my appointment was at 2:15. When I was told 330. The receptionist was very rude. I updated my number on my last appointment, which they fell to update in their system. You called my old number, but you didn’t talk to me to change the appointment. So, don’t make it like it’s my fault.I have never been treated with such disrespect the entire time I have been coming to Dr. Epps. I am sadden that I have to find another doctor, because of his staff. The office manager is very racist and threaten to call the police on me. I know what time I was told my appointment was. Of course I asked to speak to the doctor other than her. She wouldn’t let me talk to anyone. The office manager was very nasty and rude when she called me outside. I will never come back to this place as long as that office manager is there. I wouldn’t give a star, but unfortunately I have to give a 1. I never had a problem with the office staff until today. How can I reach someone over the office manager. I am deeply hurt about this. I never had a problem in all the years I have been going here. The second time she has treated me with disrespect."

"I’ve been in pain management since 1992. Dr. Epps is the best doctor I’ve been to since then. He is the first doctor to make an extra effort to get genetic testing done on me which showed what medications worked best on me. I’m very grateful for the staff that spends time with each patient and the level of care I receive."
