"I do not have any problem with my doctor. I do, however, have a big problem with the customer service section of Village Medical. I have been trying to get a resolution of billing problem for over two months. I have been promised a call from "upper management " and I never am contacted. Their lack of commitment is discouraging. We, the patient, should expect better care. This doctor does their part, but Village Medical evidently is incapable of doing theirs!"

"Every time I meet with this dr.crenshaw she has an attitude. The first time I thought she was just having bad day, that wasn't the case. Yesterday, I tested positive for covid (and I'm Pfizer vacced), she won't call me in any meds. Can I get something for a dang fever or a headache?"
