I showed up early for my appointment and I was seen with in 3 mins of me being there. The doctor was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He discovered things my last doctor didn’t. I didn’t feel pressured to buy glasses. I did buy some glasses because my insurance covered them and the man that was helping pick some frames found me a pair I couldn’t say no to. I just loved the frame. The ladies that work in the front were so kind and friendly when I came in. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed for my first appointment. "Had my first appointment yesterday morning. I was warmly greeted and promptly invited into the exam room (I was the first appointment of the morning). Dr. Bhakta was very welcoming and friendly. He explained everything clearly and slowly, and the entire process was very smooth and seamless. It seems like the office is super busy (the phone was ringing off the hooks while I was there!) and I forgot to schedule my follow-up for next year on the way out, but I'll definitely be back!"
