"They used to be pretty good, but lately the seem to have lost all respect for their patients. My wife’s prescription expired at the beginning of the COVID 19 crisis. We tried to call, but kept getting a busy signal. We persisted and finally got through to their answering service after after several days of trying. We left a message, but not the courtesy of a reply. We repeated this process a couple of times either same negative results. Had to go to our primary care physician for a temporary prescription. Now trying again and having the same results. After several attempts the answering service found a way to connect us to the office only to be met with very rude service and a battery of excuses. She said she would talk to the doctor and hung up on me. No concern for patient wellbeing was evident to my wife and me."

"Dr. Tesfaye and his staff is absolutely wonderful. They all care about the well being of the patients. Dr. T has went above and beyond to keep me able to walk and move because of a back injury. He listenes to YOU the patient and doesn't go on a "maybe" he gets down to whatever the true cause of your pain/discomfort really is. I'm truly grateful for him and his staff. Without him I wouldn't be walking now. His staff is and has always been kind and friendly and very responsive."

"I’ve gone to Dr. Bikoff for years and he has always cared for me and helped get my seizures under control. He will call in medication after hours when necessary. Linda and the other ladies in the office are so friendly, helpful, and dedicated to my needs."

"First off, the place is hidden at the bottom of the hill. To start of explaining my 1 star, they deserve 0 to clarify. Scheduled my appt for migraines, referred by my PCP. They call me at 530pm the evening proceeding my appt to reschedule to an earlier time in the day. Not a problem because I’m already having to take off work to make the appt. I show up at my scheduled time, and they question me saying I’m late and was suppose to be there at an even earlier time. So they rescheduled my appointment a second time without informing me, the patient .... Then after waiting for 30 mins after my appt time, I asked when I would be seen because I had another appt to make afterwards. They asked when I had to leave and I told them. The receptionist told me there would be no way I would make it out of there by that time. My appointment time was 2:15pm, I needed to leave my 4pm. I waited until 2:45pm and then left after they said they couldn’t see me within the nearly 2 hour allotted time.... I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Let alone they didn’t even acknowledge messing up my appointment and making me wait 30 minutes. Horrible service horrible practice."
