"I would not recommend. I paid in full for services for my son here in July 2023. On August 7, 2023 my insurance settled and notified the doctor’s office and me that I overpaid by over $140. Despite 3 attempts to inquire about my refund, as of today October 3, 2023 I still have not received my refund and no one at the office can tell me when I will receive it because the payment must come from corporate. They acknowledge it is owed but will give me no idea when it will be paid. I should just check back later!"

"first time visit to a dermi. as an old guy it was about time. starting to get a few growths. in any case, i got lucky and was checked by Ms. Stephanie Crews. she was helpful, informative and patient. check-in was friendly and efficient. nice office too."

"Staff was great. However. The nurse practitioner seemed rushed with my appointment. I was given topical cream which was cool because I don’t like taking pills. A friend of mine said the lady nurse prescribed the same medication when we clearly have differences with skin. I felt rushed to the point I didn’t feel like I was given what I needed. How come we was given the same medication that was in office. Just started using have to see if the medication actually works. Lagrange location is a no for me."

"From the initial moment I contacted the practice I have been impressed. The entire staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dr. Harvey is amazing. On our initial consult I felt like he actually listened to my concerns, he explained the procedure and asked several times if I understood or had any questions or concerns. I never felt like he was in a rush or tried to hurry me along. I went yesterday for the procedure. Dr Harvey and his medical staff were great in explaining what they were doing, sounds I might hear, checking in on me etc. If you want to be treated like a patient and not a name and number I would highly recommend them."
