"Worst experience that I had in a clinic. I went to the Tucker clinic because I had a wood splinter in my hand. The person on the front desk who took my payment and insurance cards, was then the same person who treated me in the office. She didn't wash her hands, she never wore gloves. I had an open wound, she didn't clean it with alcohol beforehand, and then she grabbed a pair of tweezers from inside a leather container that she had on her desk, that I am praying it had been sterilized, but I have no confidence. I asked her if it was sterilized, she said yes, but I don't trust her. She tried to get the splinter like for 20 seconds and gave up. She couldn't do it. So, not only I felt robbed but also, I left worried about the total lack of sanitation protocols. It's a scary place. I left and went to Peachtree Immediate Care. This place was amazing. Exactly everything you would expect from a care facility. The nurses wore gloves, cleaned up my wound really well, everything looked hygienic, she opened up the tweezers from a package in front of me, treated me for 20 minutes until it was complete. Everything with total professionalism. Avoid the Quik Clinic at all costs."

"Scammers They purposely Took a co pay of 80 dollars right in the beginning of visit. Never had the professionalism to disclose the visit was not with a live doctor and the situation was a tiny with a computer that never got online. Equipment in room was embarrassing. It’s a medical McDonald’s and they wasted my time. Never returned my money!!!!"

"I needed a blessing today and I received one from Amina and Amy the Medical Assistants at Quick Clinic. I got lost and was over an hour late for my appointment and it was no problem they got me in immediately. However, I left my wallet at home and these two angels covered my copay for me to make sure I was taken care of. Amy drew my blood with no problems or pain! Best customer service I have received EVER they are good people with big hearts. I will definitely return for more treatment and will recommend Quick Clinic especially Amy & Amina they were FIRST CLASS!"

"I was exposed to Covid 4 days ago and I went to make sure I was negative since I am traveling around compromised family. I called and spoke to the owner and he tried to convince me to get the PCR testing. He said it’s $40 with insurance and I will get my results the next day. I asked if rapid was free. He said yes. I called the person I was exposed by and confirmed it was 4 days ago. Therefore, if I’m positive- the rapid test would show it. I went into the clinic and was told now it’s $60. For what?! I was just told well it is private practice. This was being translated by the nurse, whom was very nice. I walked my little happy tail across the street to Kroger and got the rapid test for $10. I’m all for private practice as I’m in private practice myself. But I would never bolster fees to my clients because I may be having a slow period. We all get slow periods, but good customer service will always prevail. And this one here is lacking, sir."
