"So, about this nurse name Terry, she was completely disrespectful with her tone and I felt as if she was being judgemental towards my brother when he was asking for clarification on the meds he is receiving due to his diagnosis. I overheard her saying “Ugh! I’m so sick of these patients, always questioning things and second guessing the information I give them. If they knew so much then why are they here! Dummies!” Her demeanor made us both uncomfortable. Upon our departure, myself and my brother tried to end things on a positive note and show appreciation and some form of gratitude but all she did was say “unhuh” and walked away. This is very hurtful and unprofessional because if we didn’t need the help we wouldn’t be here. However, because we do and this place was highly recommended we decided to give it a try. Currently looking for a new place to take my brother."

"I came trying to seek help and get some therapy. When you call, the lady is extremely unpleasant which should've been my first clue as I've called twice and both times she was unpleasant, once I got to the building the women at the lobby were so friendly but once I got to the upstairs outpatient help desk yet another rude woman. Just seems kind of counterproductive when I'm trying to get help and everyone along the ways really rude and unpleasant."

"I have been going here for about 5yrs or so now . First DR. I saw was a bit ignorant, but the one I have been seeing for the last few years or so is wonderful. She listens and works with you instead of acting like only she knows what your feeling. She has been a tremendous help to me. Thank you DR. Pandea"

"Put on hold for literally 10 minutes just to be told the lady "helping me" was too busy and she hung up. Really nice services. This happens every time. I am currently withdrawing from the medicine THEY gave me and now I need more and I have been trying to get an appointment for a week!! Zoloft withdrawal is awful so I really don't appreciate them ignoring me."

"The staff is very nice and can be helpful. The process you have to go to to see a doctor is very unorganized. Having to call the number to make an appt and being on hold for sometimes as long as an hour and a half. Why make an appt at 1030 am and not be seen until 2pm? Also I ran out of medication I called the nurse to have her ask my doctor for a refill because I was going to run out of pills before my next appt. Nothing ever called in. Bad side effects and withdraws for 11 days. I really think they need to come up with a better system."
