"I had the flu, then pink eye following on the heel of the flu. I was feeling quite awful. I went to HealthChoice Urgent Care. Check in was very fast and I was seen in a matter of about 5 minutes from Checking in. Everyone was very efficient and kind. The doctor was very thorough and encouraging seeing how awful I looked. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely recommend this location on Crossville Road. Great place for those in need of Urgent care quickly!! Thanks to the great staff!!!"

"I have very bad asthma so when I get a cold every few months this is my go-to spot. The people that work here are lifesavers!!! I have a huge fear of needles but the staff even helped me get over my fear of needles. I have no issue getting a shot every time I come here because the staff is so amazing and makes every process super smooth, comfortable, and painless. From the employees at the front to the doctors and nurses, everyone is super nice. Another thing I love about this place is they mean URGENT care! Their first appointment is at 8:30 I believe, but they always take me in sooner around 8:10 which is such a relief because very bad asthma can be super scary. LOVE this place!"
