Recently I needed new sunglasses and Derek helped me and he went even further. due to the complexities of my prescription, we went though several attempts to get me into the glasses I wanted, we had to got through several attempts but were finally able to succeed! "Been a client here for a few years. The staff are very friendly, Greg Hendrix is the best with getting just what is needed for your glasses. One issue I have had is getting notifications for glasses that are ready for pickup—this last time I had to call to check and found out they had been ready for about 10 days— instead of a text maybe a quick call would work better—since I never received an initial text re: completion."
