Peachtree Immediate Care - Roswell

"My visit was nothing special. The nurse who took my vitals stared at her computer the whole time and asked the same questions about my symptoms multiple times. It got to the point I was feeling frustrated because it was obvious she was doing something else on her computer and not listening to my responses after she asked her questions. The provider was fine, but I felt overall they did little to provide a meaningful treatment. When I asked the pa about doing more they said they don’t do certain tests or services because they don’t make money on them. As a patient that’s visibly sick and seeking care, that’s not something I want to hear from my provider. You can tell me “it’s not available” or “we don’t have that” or whatever else. Telling me you don’t make money from certain treatments sounds like you only offer and prescribe low cost/high income services to grow your bottom line, which is not patient-focused at all. All in all, it seemed like they were more concerned about billing my insurance for my visit and making a buck than my actual wellbeing and health."

"My experience was very good, everyone was very professional and was very nice. I didn't have all my information, but they still worked with me on what I had and I was still taking care of with the most respect a person could ask for. I would recommend anyone to go to Peachtree Immediate Care. They're all good at there job and very respectful to anyone that comes there. "I have been to a million urgent cares in my life and have never once left feeling like it was worth it until this one. They were so fast, so kind, and actually listened to me and prescribed me medicine to help and I was able to get my prescription right there through them. Allison is who I saw and she was so nice and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The receptionist was really patient with me explaining pricing and getting me checked in and the nurse who did my lab tests was amazing as well. Just very nice to find an urgent care that I feel like actually cared so thank you so much."
