"Just to be perfectly clear, Dr. Fuller, Beth Anne and a select FEW of the staff are exceptional! I’ve been going to Dr. Fuller’s office since 2015. No matter what time I have had an appointment, it has taken me well over 1.5 hours to get completed; and sometimes all the way up to 4 hours for a simple check up. If it wasn’t for Dr. Fuller and Beth Anne’s thoroughness and professional assistance, I would have already found a different location. The vast majority of the staff are EXTREMELY unhelpful, constantly have an attitude, provide incorrect information, and rarely call you back. Once again, this is not all of the staff. If you want one of the best doctors and nurse practitioners in the area, this is the place to go. Just prepare yourself for the interactions with the unprofessional staff; as well as the long hours that you will be there trying to be seen."
