"Just came on 1/31/24. Had everything I needed. Wouldn’t let me in the door after I called because “they were talking to someone so I needed to wait”. Quite rudely I might add. It was freezing! Don’t come here just the worst."

"I really wish my job would score a better company to assist with physicals. Entering the facility no greeting while waiting to sign in at all! Waiting to get to the back is ridiculous. Get to the back and waiting in room for physician is even more ridiculous. Sitting here waiting on physician and listening to them talk about things in the world instead of getting up from desk and attending to your customers! Everyone walking around like they just don’t care and it shows. One worker and that’s the one that gets your urine sample is the one who’s working! Every time I come here. The whole system should be on point! Ridiculous!"

"I see a lot of reviews about scheduling appointments but wait times being extremely long. I believe this location is just short on people. Janelle E. helped me get in and out right after work on a Sunday. She even had a walk in before me and the lady was in and out. Janelle was very attentive and made me feel comfortable. I have never met anyone in the medical field as nice as her. I don’t know her schedule but if you come to this location just call and ask for her and try to schedule with her. You don’t run into many people like her. She made me feel welcomed and cared for. Thank you so much Janelle."
