"This group was recently acquired by a larger, penny pinching organization. I discovered today that my doctor left at the end of last year. While the nurse practitioner was very nice, she isn’t my doctor. I was told that this location doesn’t even have an MD working there currently. You also can no longer get in touch with someone on site, as everything goes to a switch board. I left Emory specifically because of this type of thing. I do not recommend, nor am I interested in responding to the canned and impersonal customer service response."

"Called to make an appointment for my boyfriend who has a laceration on his ankle and wanted it see if it was infected. The lady on the phone said they'll be able to see us at 3:30. Awesome, much appreciated. Drove there in a hurry because they have a 15 minute window and we were 12 minutes away. Our ETA was 3:38 and at 3:36 we get a call saying they won't be able to take us because the office is already getting ready to leave. It's not even 4:00 yet but they're already leaving when their website says they close at 5:00pm. I'm upset that we were promised to be seen but then were called saying the opposite. If they were honest with us and said we can't be seen then that would have been fine and we would have gone somewhere else. Keep in mind we were out of pocket paying patients so you would think a doctor's would want to see an out of pocket patient and not have to wait for insurance to kick in. Never got to come in and never will."

"Great experience with this medical practice. From the front desk to the nurse to the doctor, everyone that I interacted with was polite and friendly. Dr. Daniel is a doll! Great listener and took his time to explain what he was prescribing and why, including stretches to help with my pain, since I am not looking to get pain meds prescribed. I am highly satisfied and happy to continue my medical care here."
