"They never answer the phone or never get back to you when you leave your name & number. I should not have to try so hard to just get my card reloaded so it can help feed my son!"
"I wanted to shout out Silda!! She’s amazing and any questions I have she’s always willing to help in a timely manner, at this wic office I can get in and out! Thank you so much!"
"Horrible customer service. Listed on the GA Dept of Healths website as a place to pick up free covid testing kits and I walk in and the security guard is kind but the actual worker was so rude. Seems like you guys just hire anyone. She’s saying “Nooooo you got covid? Nooooooo we dont do that here” like ma’am its listed on the governments website that you can just pick up some testing kits …relax. Really unprofessional and ignorant tbh. Asking for tests does not mean you have Covid."
"The WIC office in Tucker, GA was something I've never seen before. They have a drive through! I thought that was different honestly, very convenient bc I didn't have to get out of the car. However, I feel if I were to go in, I would've got serviced faster. Either way, the women I've dealt with there were nothing short of polite and professional. Everything was explained to me & I was given an opportunity to ask questions as well."
"Security refused to open the door after I knocked repeatedly and was previously (within less than 15 minutes) with another member currently present. After taking care of me, the woman walked off and I then had to talk with another behind the desk. They also enforce wearing masks despite their own staff wearing them incorrectly (nose out), negating the efficiency of them."
